Shipping
Shipping to the US for all of our products is $ 7.
The typical delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after the order is processed and shipped. Please note the typical delivery time frame does not include processing time and that shipping may be slightly delayed on U.S. holidays and weekends.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you live in a city or area where packages are delivered to a nonsecure location or have been known to be compromised, please add the signature required option at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday – Thursday will typically ship within 24 hours. Orders placed Friday – Sunday will typically ship the following Monday.
What carriers do you use?
Within the U.S. we ship via UPS.
Returns
I received a damaged, defective or incorrect item. What do I do?
If you’ve received an order containing a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue — we’ll make it right.
DrLuigi accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days, as long as the item is unworn and is returned in the original box. Buyer is responsible for all return costs.
